Right of Withdrawal & Warranty
WARRANTY
All items you purchase from us come with a legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product must do what the consumer may reasonably expect it to do. Some products may also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not affect the legal warranty.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory cooling-off period is at least 14 days. This period starts the day after you receive all items in your order.

During this period, you may cancel the purchase without stating any reason. You can withdraw from or cancel the agreement within this timeframe. Cancellation is not the same as returning a product: it’s about clearly informing the seller within the set period that you no longer want the purchase. This notification must be possible through any method. Forcing a specific process for this communication is not allowed.

You are not required to notify us in advance if you wish to return a product. You may simply return the products within the 14-day cooling-off period and include a clear statement in the package indicating your decision to withdraw. In this case, the return must arrive within 14 days of receiving the items. The only exception is when you notify us in advance.

If you do notify us in advance, you then have a maximum of 14 days to actually return the products from the moment you made the withdrawal notification. For example, if you notify us on day 12, you then have 14 more days to return the items.

Once we receive a withdrawal notification, we will confirm this by email.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear or socks if the seal has been broken after delivery. For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned if opened.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are not covered by a price guarantee. This means sale prices may drop further during the sale period. Any difference in price cannot be claimed. The longer the sale runs, the lower the prices may go – but the chances of your size still being available also decrease. You are of course always free to return sale items within the applicable return window.

REFUND POLICY
Because it's not possible to try products before purchasing online, you can return them free of charge at any of our ZUMO stores, or send them back to our webshop by post. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Returns must be made within the 14-day period, either after receiving the products or notifying us of your withdrawal. Items should be returned in original condition and, if possible, with all tags and labels attached.
We will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs (if the total falls below €50 and shipping costs were charged), as quickly as possible – at the latest 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We will refund using the same payment method you used. We may wait to refund until we've received the goods or you’ve proven they were returned.
Important: In-store returns will not be refunded in cash. If you return an item at a ZUMO store, you will receive a store credit voucher, redeemable for future purchases. If you want a refund to your original payment method, the store will notify our head office, and your refund will be processed online within a few working days.
Returns made during additional discount periods that bring the total below the required amount for a discount will be adjusted accordingly.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will exchange it free of charge and cover all related shipping costs. Please contact us within 2 months at: info@zumo-international.com. We will respond to your complaint within 1 to 2 working days. You can also email this address for complaints unrelated to products.

You are only liable for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
